David Davis Plans The Arguments Ahead

David Davis is looking ahead to Brexit negotiations and, having rejected the timetable proposed by Brussels, has drawn up a schedule of when he wants certain "arguments" to take place.

The result being that the first argument will be one about what to argue about!

What with the general election etc, a cynic might wonder if the government is trying to avoid Brexit negotiations.

Surely not!?

That aside, Davis did make one valid point; namely that there would be little progress in Brexit negotiations during the summer months, as it was the “least useful time in dealing with Brussels”.
