All very entertaining an theatrical, but do not lose sight of the fact that the EU have not withdrawn from the ongoing talks about a possible deal.
In the event a deal is agreed, then the IMB becomes irrelevant and the court case will be withdrawn.
In the even no deal can be agreed, then the court case (as it will be held in an EU court) will be irrelevant as the UK will be outside of EU jurisdiction.
Either way this is a theatrical gesture of zero relevance.
