Boris Johnson is believed to be planning a “whirlwind tour” of EU capitals as increasing numbers of MPs indicate they will back his plan.

One thing for sure, the Benn Bill actually makes it less likely he will succeed in persuading the EU to accept his proposals....there's "irony" for you!
