May Hands Control of Brexit To Corbyn and Parliament

Yesterday, in a speech of very thin gruel, May handed control of Brexit to Corbyn and parliament.

Whilst the ERG et al fulminate that this is a betrayal, it may not be entirely what it seems.

For why?

Given that we have only until 12 April to formulate a plan that the EU will accept, pound to a penny Corbyn screws this up and Parliament ends up deadlocked. As such we will leave the EU without a deal, and May can blame Corbyn and Parliament for screwing it up!

Of course given how unpredictable the ongoing Brexit shenanigans are, it is highly likely I am wrong!
